Christmas Lunches

Not just a Christmas Lunch - more an experience! In addition to the traditional turkey and all the trimmings, there was seasonal music from Alan Dawe at the keyboard throughout, crackers to pull, carols to sing and a raffle - thanks to Barbara and all the ladies of the village lunch team. St Teath Community Bus Service to Truro

From Monday,January 7th 2013 we will be stopping to allow those passengers who wish to visit the Dunelm store to leave the bus in the Dunelm car park. The bus will then continue as normal to the centre of Truro. More»

Despite the wettest summer weather on record, gardeners still managed to produce fruit and vegetables of high quality that left many of those attending feeling somewhat inadequate. Labrador Rescue Quiz Night

Thanks to everyone who supported the quiz in the White Hart last month. The magnificent amount of £245 was raised from team entry, the raffle and donations and this will go towards the costs of rehoming unwanted Labradors in Cornwall. Freezing!

The temperature dropped to -6°C on the 3rd February - the lowest we have recorded and even colder than the icy December of 2010. Frozen pipes have already been reported, but fortunately it is quite dry and there is no ice on the roads.

The Shaping and Toning Group

After the Christmas break, classes have resumed on Thursday morning from 9.30 to 10.30 in the Church Hall.
